I work long hours but what I see in most departments is come in at 9 AM and leave at 4 PM with an hour lunch and many smoking breaks but those people are like robots so human resources says nothing. Those who are high producers they beat you down until you quit or become a robot zombie.

Depends. If you are in finance, HR, recruiting. training, PMO, then 9 AM to 4 PM with an hour lunch and as many coffee breaks as you want.

10 hours a day Monday - Friday and some on Sunday too

Normal staff is 8 am - 5 pm, M-F

Count on 10 to 12 hours as a nurse practitioner unless you do just 1-3 visits a day, then it may be a normal 8 hour day.
