Hated it! The only good part was the members but doing a good job assessing their health and medications took far longer than Matrix anticipates. Lots of driving and lots of extra time spent in the evening. No work life balance at all!

Co-workers (worker bees) were wonderful. They kept the place upbeat. Management on the other hand lacked. Too much favortism and “secrets” kept from certain worker bees. Many people leaving the department and sadly, you could see why. New management structure was not helpful. There isn’t much for an RN in the contact care center. You’ll end up calling for fax numbers or making appointments for Mbrs. Not a whole lots nursing. Inbound calls were few in between, so a lot of lag time.

Horrible They now have GPS and Tracking in the Tablet. The surveillance of the NPs is ridiculous. There must have been a issue with someone in the past now all of the NPs are treated as Non Trustworthy. Only concern is the numbers and adding members to your schedule without regard to time and distance. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Very stressful as you are micromanaged from the moment you enter your company car, open your tablet, stop at your visits. You are being "watched" electronically for your every move. Complete invasion of privacy including your personal cell phone. It's like you signed off your soul to the devil!
