Once a candidate has submitted their resume and application, the profile is reviewed by our recruitment team to ensure that the candidate has met the minimum requirements for the role. A preliminary phone interview is scheduled with a recruiter to confirm accuracy of the resume and application. A follow-up technical phone interview is often conducted by the hiring manager before final candidates are invited in for an on-site interview. An on-site interview includes a series of short one-on-ones with management and key team members, as well as a facility tour.

This year Matrix began offering video interviewing options for candidates that may have time and travel restraints. We strive to complete an on-site interview with every final candidate so he/she has the opportunity to see where they would work and get a feel for our inviting culture.

The offer process may take up to 10 or 11 days. This includes the offer approval stage, a period of time for the candidate to consider our offer, and finally a pre-employment background check and drug screen. For candidates who are relocating we also offer relocation assistance to help make the move as stress-free as possible.
