In our US divisions, we offer Sales Assistant and Sales Associate positions that do not require new home sales experience. These roles give the individual the opportunity to train within the environment and gain hands on experience before moving in to a full New Home Counselor role. The Sales Assistant is typically an hourly, greeter type position within our model homes, while the Sales Associate position is a six-month training position that will typically transition into a full New Home Counselor role.

At our Canadian divisions, preference is typically given to someone that has new home sales experience.
