What if you were a stay at home mom until your child became school age, and then you finally decide to go back into the workforce will they refuse to hire you? I have been told by a couple of temp services that they could not place me unless I had at least five months of recent work history for a reference check..I understand the reasoning but if no one is willing to help you get that experience then how will you ever be hired again?
Do they ask for have ged or hs diploma
