Reality is it’s just an app that isn’t fascinating at all and does not cater to the client in anyway. The Company policies and procedures are not in the best interest of the patient and place employees and patients at risk. This company knows they are not servicing the home health industry safely but continues to operate. If you speak up and point out how unsafe their practice is you are fired.

This.company will seem great at first.You can apply on app on your phone for Shifts and.days you want and see the pay.Pay rate is good.After a few months you will notice that company only cares about clients and not employees they only care that someone is working.a shift.They will pay you 14 or 15 dollars but bill client 26.Any requests for more money for abuse client will be ignored and other issues wont be addressed.Anytime you call you will speak to some one different.No hha are assigned to a coordinator.
