Don't fire loyal hard working professional drivers who try their best to meet strict deadlines. Stop blacklisting drivers

Their main focus is the new drivers and really forget about the experienced ones. If a new driver makes a mistake, all drivers are punished including the pros that never made that mistake after many years of service. We used to be able to text in our leaving shipper now we have to call in and the manager usually hangs up on you. Then he asks questions like confirm the consignee address to us pros like we are kindergartners. Give us faster trucks and get out of the leave the hand holding to the newbies that you hire every week.
