Very disorganized & unprofessional setting. No identifiable leader. RNs are in demand & they waste your time 2 months waiting. What a joke. Took job elsewhere - hospitals directly do per diem who knew! Best wishes. I do not recommend. It’s like teenagers trying to run a business.

Recognize that failures or successes within a branch starts at the top and trickles down. Employees (field employees and operational) will be more likely to follow management that leads by example and respects their employees. It's also important to realize that you have an issue on the operational management side when the office turnover rate is so high. You need to hold management accountable for their treatment of employees before there will be real success for a branch- people are more willing to go the extra mile when they feel like they have management that supports them and genuinely cares about their success.

Based on my experience as a worker in the office, I would say Maxim's future isn't looking bright. Constantly finding ways to cut corners for the gain of the company rather than the wellbeing of employees and patients. Not a solid business model for success.
