The process doesn't take long. You get training and there's always someone there to answer your questions. 24 hours a day you can talk to staff members when issues come up.

You probably, won't be drug tested during your onboarding period. However, if you are drug tested with this company it is because they have some foundational grounds to conduct a screen. If you are selected for testing, it will likely only be a urine screen.

Basic Health benefits, vision and dental. You of course have to work a minimum of 30 hours per week or 120 hours per month to qualify or you lose your benefits for 1 month unless you opt to pay out of pocket for coverage that month.
In WA state we offer PTO and sick time benefits.
Maxim has a charitable fund set aside for caregivers to request in time of need.
