No future, just acquired skills from just being thrown in a caregivers home and working with the many personalities, disabilities with no solid training.
Based on my experience as a worker in the office, I would say Maxim's future isn't looking bright. Constantly finding ways to cut corners for the gain of the company rather than the wellbeing of employees and patients. Not a solid business model for success.
Honestly it hard to see a future within maxim because their isnt a lot of position you can move up within.
