The entire process has taken almost 2 months for a per diem job. NO ONE returns phone calls at this place. You can only get answers if you text or pop up at Maxim's office. No one makes you feel confident in them when it comes to livelihood (job placement). There is NO SENSE of urgency with the company. The entire time I felt like their mentality was they have a guaranteed paycheck so they were not worried about rather I have income or not. I referred someone to the company and the same thing is currently going on with her as well. If I knew this ahead of time I would have NEVER asked her to sign up as well. It should not take almost 2 months to be clear. No one should have to work on this process EVERYDAY for almost 2 months. I have not enjoyed being home with family for the past 3 months because I spent 2 and a half months sitting at a computer EVERY DAY with this process and running around nervous, and praying to GOD I get started with work before my funds run out.

The process doesn't take long. You get training and there's always someone there to answer your questions. 24 hours a day you can talk to staff members when issues come up.

Almost as a rule they put the cart in front of the horse and run you through all the paperwork and hours of orientation. If it doesn't work out and they decide not to put you in a case they don't call you and tell you like a professional crew -they just avoid your calls.

Given a new assignment the day I applied and my license was verified. To be fair, this office had just opened in the area and they were overwhelmed with work and not enough nurses to fill their staffing needs.

It took only 10 days for me. They needed me badly for a specific case. I took my orientation before my background check got back
