Pay competitors wages atleast, allow some vacation time since the cap is 20 hours for sick.

Recognize that failures or successes within a branch starts at the top and trickles down. Employees (field employees and operational) will be more likely to follow management that leads by example and respects their employees. It's also important to realize that you have an issue on the operational management side when the office turnover rate is so high. You need to hold management accountable for their treatment of employees before there will be real success for a branch- people are more willing to go the extra mile when they feel like they have management that supports them and genuinely cares about their success.

I was offered only $10 hr and I have over 31 years experience. Yes, I realize the more education u have the more money u make, but still it need not be overcooked that a CNA'S job is a hard one so pay accordingly. They can start there.
