My position was super easy and had great pay. My recruiter was very nice and helped me lots. However, it would often be difficult to get ahold of her. Coworkers were alright, very cliquey, and had lots of drama. We would get free catered lunches every day, which was great.

Free lunches every day, pay

cliquey coworkers, contract position

Best home health/private duty company

The staff really cares about their employees. They will hire new nurses and will train you well, unlike other jobs that just throw you into a role without properly training you AND making sure you’re actually comfortable in that role. The communication between company, staff, and patients is superb. You have the opportunity to tell the company your preferred pay, work schedule, desired work hours, location, and preferences when it comes to the complexities of the patient/work case. I would highly recommend this company if you’re interested in doing one on one in home patient care.

The company

The company is great. The benefits are pretty alright. They do listen and try to help with your concerns. I just wish that the services had more opportunities in kc, mo area.

Benefits, weekly pay

It depends where you are assigned...

Easy work, decent pay

I don’t feel like there is growth in this company, at least not for someone in my role. But the work was easy, plenty of work-life balance, and good pay.

Reliable & good pay

This company has been helpful in helping me find a job that I absolutely enjoy. Good pay and good communication with the agency. I have been employed since early 2022 and so thankful for the ongoing opportunities.

It’s ok place to work. Long shifts in the home, and time drags. Don’t pay very well but if you’re desperate it will work. No raises, and every case is same pay even if level 3 patient.

Friendly Low stress enviroment

Nice place to work, staff are friendly.Plenty of over time if needed.Pay and benefits could be better, but overtime helps make up for difference in pay.My stress level is the lowest it's ever been working here, compared with other nursing jobs in the past.

Not impressed

No oversight, horrible pay. Emails go ignored. Since the on boarding process was so detailed, I was cautiously optimistic that this would be a good fit yet. I feel that my time there will be minimal at best.

not yet worked there

trying to figure out if it's a good place to work. however, the onboarding process has been really confusing. I wasn't even sure if I had been offered the position, there seems to be a lack of communication and overall a lack of of setting clear timeline and expectation for onboarding requirements.

School nursing-great job terrible company

They cancel your insurance and cut your pay without telling you. The health insurance is expensive and they cancel it monthly if you work under 120 hours per month. I’ve never called out from work but because schools have holidays/non-student days, sometimes the low hours are unavoidable and I can’t pick up extra hours.

Great options

Enjoyed my work. Lots of variety of work options. It was a great place to work for. My supervisors were very supportive. Not a lot of benefits, but always paid on time.

Good place to work

Good place to work. Pay is good. Not a lot of patients close to where I live. Always have to drive 1+ hrs to work for closest patient. Office lacks in communication!

Dont Waste your time

The work is easy its the families as well as the office staff that make your job harder. They lie and will leave you to lose your nursing license while they sit back comfortably.

one on one work

no breaks, Micromanaged by parents

Average home health company

Not bad. Not great. They don’t want to pay overtime and will cut your shifts short so they don’t have to. Alittle unorganized but that’s the norm for home health agencies.

Great place to work

Working as an agency RN for psychiatric services has been wonderful. Great communication from my recruiter and onboarding was fairly quick. Compensation has been great.

Just enough independence and communication....

I really enjoy working for this Travel Agency. I find that it is most beneficial for people who have a few assignments under their belt. They provide good communication, but good be better at incentives and reimbursements.

Love the clients

Company rarely communicates with employees. Support is a hit or miss. They can make mistakes but if you make a mistake they are on you about it. You will also be the last to know if they are switching your client.
