Training was lacking applicable skill for the actual job

Maximus is easy to get into hard to stay . Be prepared for qc. Also attention to detail is important. Out of a class of 30 20 made it through the training after 2 weeks 10 wre left.

Good place to work overall

I enjoyed working with Medicare and the Marketplace. We were the first site to be trained in Medicare. It gave me a better understanding of Medicare. Management did want you to be successful.
