Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Reston, VA - August 16, 2019
It was one of the better call centers that I have worked at. It could have more pay and more growth from within the hours were great hours the screening of the calls were a bit strict

Flexible and 100% remote
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - McLean, VA - December 6, 2022
It’s a good job when it comes to flexibility and being 100% remote is the best part of the job. they very strict when it comes to reading the script they have for the consumers. The only bad thing is weekly evaluation and the pay. Also it’s temporary contract and only a good hand full will get a extended contract. So after the 5 months you would have start looking for a new job.
Pros
100% remote
Cons
Strict script reading, low pay, weekly evolution and temporary contract

Good place to work overall
CSR MEDICARE/MARKETPLACE (Former Employee) - Sandy, UT - December 6, 2023
I enjoyed working with Medicare and the Marketplace. We were the first site to be trained in Medicare. It gave me a better understanding of Medicare. Management did want you to be successful.
Pros
Bonuses excellent benefits
Cons
Pay didn't support the workload
