Its a place that encourages back stabing rating out your co workers if you stop working for a min you ll have someone come look over your shoulder to see why did you stop or why is it taking you too long to complete your task.. people wonder if nano managment was a thing well in maximus it is huge thing

It depends on how many hours you are working. Less than 30 hours you get no healthcare benefits whatsoever. If 30 hours or more you can sign up.

A recruiter calls you and asks you do you accept the pay and the scheduled time you have to be there. Then she sends you paperwork regarding the position policies and company policies. Then after you complete everything they sends it to MAXIMUS and they decide if they wants to hire you. They send you a email if you didn’t get the job.

You’ll start with a temp agency. They only hire at certain times, so it’s usually a mass hire at once. There is a lot of paperwork to be filled out online (including a background check). The sooner you finish the paperwork, the sooner you’ll be assigned to a training class

Training is a joke..was told two to four weeks and then seven days with a final on the eighth day which half the class failed..6 people did not show up for so called training...this place just mass hires anyone including myself throws info at you and if it sticks they go from there..total waste of my time..I am a worker..don't waste my time with this ....moving on..not real training
