Interview, tour, and observation. Usually you will know within a week if they want you or not. Then it is up to you to respond to them. After accepting the job, you just need to wait for a CORI. Then 2 week paid training, before in class observations. Easy process

It take a little over a month from application submission to be hired.
You will get an initial call which will be a brief phone interview, then another call from an AD and then you would come into the office for an interview with the AD, from there references will be checked everyone of them! While that's going on some times you'll go to a house to meet a house manager and some of the individuals. Your CORI is being run after that you'd get a call to say you are hired and here's the schedule. Paperwork will be sent to you via snail mail and it will be all your hiring info and all of the training's you'll need to attend. The first week will be in Randolph and the next week will be determined in your paperwork. It's a long process, but very thorough. It is needed!
