Ok place to work.
Favoritism
Poor attitudes
Money is the main concern
No support for other languages, no patient education in other languages. For being a world renounced Clinic very early is there education for Spanish patients.
Everything revolves around Mayo Rochester
The Mayo Health Systems is very disorganized
People hired in positions they are not qualified to do.
Doctors who are arrogant and rude.
Nurses to blantly make fun of patients they don't like
