Have a smoking section for the smokers and write people up when the cash out their own food.
Treat employees with respect and teach them and guide them to be better people. And to take pride on what they do for a living.
Train my employees properly, send help to the right places and make sure nobody is on someone else's drawer

While I appreciate they've made changes to ingredients used as I remember older ones used in my childhood since they made me a bit sick back then, they should try to balance it and make two different types of meats, Plant-based Meats & Non-Plant Meats. Or if that's too costly & optimistic, come up with items that rival International Items but for specific areas such as Potato-related items for Idaho.
