  • I would make sure all the staff are ok and work good shifts make sure they eat as well!! Make sure everyone speaks English and be bi-lingual and protect the staff from crazy customers!!!

Or if that's too costly & optimistic, come up with items that rival International Items but for specific areas such as Potato-related items for Idaho.
