At my location, they were hiring pretty much everyone. if you’re over sixteen, and look like you can do the work, and high availability they pretty much hire immediately. while it’s a very quick process, before you can begin working you have to buy your probationary uniform (white short sleeved dress shirt with a pocket on the left side, black dickies, black treadsafe shoes- specifically that brand, a black belt, a black hairnet, and a black bow tie, all together cost between 40-50 dollars) and wear it to orientation with others in your district. i had to drive to a town an hour away and have orientation with people from four other surrounding cities. after that, it’s smooth sailing.

For me I think the manager should pay the worker at the appropriate time, give attention to workers who really need them like those seeking for break, give the chance to some workers who don't really know how to carry out some tasks to learn how to do it so as not feel the job isn't inspiring because everyday one learns. This will make a curious worker to stay because he or she will want to learn and then won't enjoying living. Also let the workers feel at home so that the tasks in the company will be done in love.

Every friday and you can have direct deposit or a pay card but some people say direct deposit can get you your money a few hours earlier than the pay card. you have to cash your first check but the check comes attached to an envelope with your pay card in it

Maybe put more guidelines in for how the franchisees treat the staff. They have such a bad reputation in many areas because of low pay, no benefits, being treated badly by management/upper staff, little advancement, and people being expected to work for free.
