I laugh when I read the poster upstairs promoting work life balance and “we care about our employees”
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Littleton, COFebruary 27, 2018
Poor company to work for. They do offer the standard, basic benefits (health, dental and vacation). Opportunity does not exist for advancement, they always bring in sales managers from outside (most have little or no real experience) and go through them in 3-6 months. the McDonald Family have minimal involvement with the dealership day to day as well as the personnel beyond their GM SP and he is an individual who cares only about himself. Pay for hours worked is sub par, the company is happy if you sell 10 cars a month - that earns you about $2600 to work 55 hours a week. Bells Saturday, Bells the last day of the month and no day off the last week of the month. Would agree with the bulk of the other reviewers and tell you to look elsewhere, you’ll be happier in the long run
Pros
Can’t think of any
Cons
Said enough

Very bad company to work for.
Manager (Former Employee) –  Littleton, COJanuary 13, 2018
DO NOT WORK here, you will regret it big time. They don't care about you...seriously !!!!
Bad...bad company. I should listen to the people who used to work there. I was stupid for not listening !
Sales Manager Pay plan is the worst in the industry.
They only see you as a worker and when they ready to kick you out they don't need to give you any reason.

Dont work here ownership doesn't want to pay and no Saturday lunches plus you have to park offsite, this is the worst company I've ever worked for.
Manager (Former Employee) –  Littleton, CODecember 22, 2017
Again don't work at this dealership, ownership doesn't want to pay
one of the poorest pay plans out there and constantly management quits. They promise everything be don't deliver.

Ok place to work. Family owned company. Co workers are good people, typical politics at times and management issues but nothing serious. Worked there a long time ago buildings have recently been remodled

Great place to have a career
Technician (Current Employee) –  Littleton, COJune 29, 2017
This company was fun to work for because you get the benefits of working for a big brand manufacturer as well as the benefits of working in a family owned environment. The facilities are awesome and new and the people are great to work with. Most of the employees there have been there for years.
Pros
Healthcare, nice buildings, good envorinment

Usually friendly people, but not well managed and not great pay.
Advisor/Porter (Former Employee) –  Saginaw, MIMarch 9, 2017
Coworkers and many managers were friendly, but there really wasn't room for advancement. There was very frequent turnover, and management was constantly changing things. Pay was mediocre, and benefits while offered were not practical as it was too expensive for the rate of pay many employees received.
Pros
Friendly people
Cons
Pay and healthcare, work/life balance.

Talk about a roller coaster...Dead as a doornail 4.5 days a week
Painter (Former Employee) –  Little Rock, ARJune 19, 2016
Management has their heads so far up their DRP's hind-ends the jobtimes are ludicrously low....feast or famine on a new level(though I expect that has a lot to do with the area)
Pros
Nice people, top notch materials
Cons
NO benefits, standing around until work trickles in

Management Needs Help
Current Employee (Current Employee) –  Littleton, COOctober 25, 2014
Management does not lead by example. They work you LONG hours for very little pay. Desparately seeking other employment. Management Spoon feeds certain people and praises them for such a good job. They would not do a good job without the spoon feeding.
Then they chastise the other employees for not doing well. Management needs to spread the spoons around to make it fair.
Cons
Nepotism, Poor Management

Great people. Professional, friendly, and personable.
Accounting Clerk (Former Employee) –  Littleton, COSeptember 21, 2013
The people that work there are. Some could be a little more customer friendly. But all in all they are great and do go beyond their job duties to please the customers when they can.
Pros
When the company met or exceeded their goals they provided lunch for the employees.
Cons
Not so good on getting raises.
