Work here if you want to make minimum wage and never advance in anyway possible. Terrible management terrible wages and an overall terrible place to work. They say “apprenticeship” more like do as much work for as little pay possible while the people around you do nothing and make 3-4 times as much as you do! The “A” techs are garbage and think their the best around. Anyone would be better off working at the original McDonald’s for better pay and more respect. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemies

Workplace culture is backstabbing......the higher ups will say one thing and do another straight to your face.....the company only knows how to hire and fire people and run operations into the ground and force employees to quit given the workload they put on them......you ask for help over an email and their solution is to fire you regardless of you abilities to perform your job well.....its many reasons why service managers quit along with sales managers they say they believe in loyalty and honor that........however if you dont play ball on their terms and do everything they ask without question they will get rid of you.........i refuse to ever work there again and highly advise that anyone that starts to work for this company will suffer from stress being overloaded and treated like a number and not person.....because in the end thats all you are to them......just another number.

They don't pay for what you made for them, check is always short and promises but never seen the check. Don't work for this company or you will be sorry and time wasted. Dealerships in general are very harsh work environments, but this one in particular was downright awful. Management here does not care about employees, everyone is expendable. Do not work here. Also, you don't get PTO days until after a full year, so don't get sick for a year, essentially.

They promise great income potential, but they fall miles short as most of their work is nothing but warranty and recalls. Free work is a norm there, and if you don't work 6 days a week, you get scrutinized or starved.

Management is terrible. Turn over is excessive because they don't care about employees. Owner is all about the money and is greedy and unjust. Constant management changes due to quitting or being fired. Work anywhere but here or you will be sorry. Very unethical to customers and employees. No lunch breaks.

It was good for the first few months, until I noticed that I was getting blackflagged on everything, I was hourly so that raises a few red flags. I also wasn't allowed any days off and lunch breaks which were a few more flags there. I have also noticed some shortcuts the service manager was taking, as well as making us do more work for less pay. Eventually left and have been searching since.
No breaks, no lunch, no days off, backflagged on every ticket so barely any money was made
