I thought they Sid a good job training the new employee and letting them know what was expected while working. They also worked with you when you needed time off for doctors appointment and or kids school function. The people that worked there worked hard for them because of how well the company took care of them.

Worst job ever. They do not care about their staff, even the ones who have been there for years. They lie about ratios. I had 7 patients every shift on med surg. Terrible experience.

There are so many amazing people who work at this hospital. However, most work here because of the lack of other places to work due to the rural location. I relocated to this area from a larger city and had to take a dollar an hour less, then found out I was making 4 dollars more an hour than my acting charge tech. So they will lowball you so beware. Most departments run on the bare minimum employees so expect to be running at top speed your entire shift. I don't have a problem with working hard but when shifts run short all the time it is dangerous for the safety of not only patients but also employees and it decreases the quality of patient care.

I worked so hard for my employer, and they never appreciate it. They do no appreciate you or anything you do. The people in directing positions do not care about you.

I would never work for this company again! The management lacks clinical experience and therefore don’t understand what it takes to run a clinic or department the way it should be ran
