It was great at times but can get very chaotic and stressful. Extremely shortstaffed during the day which means you have to take on an extra workload

Would recommend for anyone wanting to work in a higher level of care. The environment is fast paced with a lot of patient interaction and good flexibility.

Management does not care about staff or patient care. It made it hard to look forward to going to work everyday. Therapists and dietitians were great, but mainly bonded over the horrible workplace culture.
Billing Specialist in Webster Groves, MO

Was treated unfairly and belittled. I was treated like I was valued only during the hiring process. I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone who wants to help but be heard.
Dietary Aide in Saint Louis County, MO

This job was an okay part time job. It’s was very chill and laid back but we were always short staffed so they worked us to death a lot of the time. The money wasn’t worth it in my opinion. When we were fully staffed everything went smoothly but for some reason they never wanted to keep the kitchen fully staffed
