Its a great job, however there is downfalls for example we are expected to get 2nd voice for all calls. But we alway's can't... Then once we get someone wanting to pay and we have to wait anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes for someone in Ohio to take the payment and we hope they don't mess up our arrangemt.
