McCoy provided a great work environment overall. The learning curve is over 8 months but this was stressed during the interview process.

A typical day was filled with creating and processing quotes for order processing. I learned the office furniture market and their custom CRM. Multi-tasking is a major part of the job. Working with management and co-workers as a team is necessary to learn the functions of your position and do it efficiently.
