A complete overhaul is needed to the management. Too many people covering corruption for others. With placement of new management to the garage and transportation area of the school it would be a wonderful place to work. But when you are required by management to tell what problems there are and then find yourself being blamed for mechanical issues the next day and given the ultimatum to leave or be fired you learn that the system and management is corrupt.

Staff is given freedom to perform their own planning without a meticulous administer observing. Curriculum is set but the method to deliver information is up to the teacher. Big school with isolated houses which makes teacher relations difficult to create. There is a lack of discipline that stems from grey areas in schools rules.

The most difficult part of the job was being confident that I had administered the lesson plan accordingly to the teacher's standards. The most fruitful was being able to help students understand curriculum.
