Pay raises have been a half percent to one percent for me for last 3 years. Annual reviews don't occur in my department. Ever.

Inside workers (professional) gets an annual review but it has been 3-4 months late every time. Then another 2-3 months to get your 2% raise.

The raises a very rare unless you are top management

Slim to none unless you move up to foreman or to management. They are supposed to give us 3-6 month reviews but they don't.
