Automactilly on standby. last Priority. It’s not a benefit it’s a opportunity to fly. You might get on a flight you might not


Yes there is free parking but the employe bus is always packed. You have to show up at least an hour to 30 minutes before your shift just to clock in on time


None because they take it out of your sick time too so you're screwed but supervisors can miss days and get on the computer and change their hours around that's not fair


Yes, you have the ability to use your travel privileges to and from Mexico and Canada on Alaska Airlines. Many of our team members successfully utilize these privileges on a regular basis.

Parents are eligible for travel as well. You have the opportunity to choose one set of parents per the calendar year. This could be birth parents or step-parents. Parent in-laws are not eligible. McGee does not have buddy/guest passes, however, team members receive an annual allotment of companion passes that can be used to travel with anyone of your choosing.
