The timeline varies depending on the location but normally it takes approximately 2 weeks from application to hire if you complete each stage successfully. The steps are: Submit an application online and meet the basic qualification. The recruiting team will contact you to set up a quick phone screen. The next step in the process is an in-person interview at the airport. If you are offered a position and accept, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Up completion of the pre-employment stage, you will be sent electronic onboarding documents and come into the airport location for a final step and will be scheduled for an initial training class and New Arrival Orientation.
