I saw all the above at SEA, and other locations. The lack of experience in supervisors and managers is so evident. They have little knowledge of passenger airline systems and equipment. Many of the corporate players, seem to be just that “players”. There is a large pool of retired passenger airline leaders that could be called upon to build this organization properly. If they were sought out and incentivized to join this organization. Too many airline illiterate individuals are being placed in a position authority, and as such lives are at stake.......

Management employee training should always take a backseat to frontline employees being trained. A good operations Supervisor does not need to know all the systems at the expense of frontline staff.

EXTREMELY poor choices in management all around! So lazy and they can walk right past a problem or piece of trash and turn their eye. I’m not sure how this company even gets away with being in business. Rip off your pay for time worked etc! Nobody seems to have the answers to any questions and always just refer it onto someone else. Evolving door.

They are the worst of the worst. Management doesn't give a rip. Worthless employees and hostile leads make it less than appealing to work. You do other people's work.

They just suck .They don't follow their own policies . And the employees are lazy ,dont do their job nor is it enforced that they do but still give them a paycheck .That's why customers are missing luggage left and right. That station manager needs to go and so does the baggage manager neither know what's really going on there. Nor do they address the real problem agents that work there.
