McGeorge is a wonderful company to work for. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within the company. Management is very approachable and trustworthy. The hardest part of the job is the workload. There most enjoyable part of the job are the employees.

I was specific about my extensive experience with concrete before working for McGeorge and was paid $17 an hour to start which I was happy about, which was the same pay as another guy who was hired the same day who have no experience started at. They send you out of town and you go back during the weekends to home but I have to drive it. You get paid for drivetime which is OK. That was all not too bad but the guy turns around and tells me after two weeks that he wants to pay me 14 bucks an hour instead of what I was looking for which ticked me off. They are Clickbait pay all these benefits and everything else “after you worked there for six months or year” but apparently they are out hiring and firing people left and right because they’re always on the hiring sites like these and her crew isn’t even that big hur they are Clickbait pay all these benefits and everything else “after you worked there for six months or year“ but apparently they are out hiring and firing people left and right because they’re always on the hiring sites like these and her crew isn’t even that big. Hurt feelings. If you’re not related to someone good luck you’re best hope working here long term would be to become someone’s boyfriend. I’m happy that they at least paid at all but they said they were going to at first because a lot of these concrete companies and Arkansas like to rip off their employees. this guy at least paid me.
