Assist Business Manager with day to day operations of office manager assigned duties. Daily balancing of company cash boxes, make up weekly bank deposits, counting all cash generated from cash registers, vending machines, copier and facsimile machines. Maintain office supplies, assist with monthly bill paying, reconciliation and financials. Maintain office filing system, rotated on annual basis.
Hardest part: Only 2 hours a day/5 days a week.
Most Enjoyable: Development of professional relationships with co-workers.
No chance for advancement without MLS.
