Work 8 hour shifts. A billion dollar company can afford to either hire more people or have set hours, rather than announcing overtime and making employees use their PTO if they have a doctor appt scheduled. This makes work/life balance impossible. It's impossible to schedule anything after work due to the non-existent shift schedule end. Shift ends when the work is done. No end time is given. LM standards should be re-evaluated frequesntly. The system is set up to not allow team work. You won't make your numbers is you help others.

Stop playing favoritism with the employees. They can stop with the micromanaging and setting up people to fail instead of being successful. The hours that I used to work in the past were 10 to 14 hours a day, with little time in between shifts. Sometimes they just forget you're in the trailer (UPS) loading boxes and everyone on your shift is gone.

Inform agents of job slot(s) and explain how to apply for it. Allow the slot to be for a season and rotate the same job duties to all agents wanting to apply. And of course Señor first again for all those that wish to apply for the opening slot(s).
