I dread to go to work. This hotel let's housekeeping on the property super early, which allows them to take all the linen for themselves ,leaving the employees that can't get there early to start the day with nothing... I believe everything should be divided evenly... I always come to work dreading fighting for what I need to do my job.. unfair

Very easy going and felt like just chatting with someone. Very quick and painless but they did lie a lot. Later on, you realize that most of what they said is untrue.

Just be authentic and yourself during the interview. It doesn't hurt to do a little research on the McKibbon Hospitality values and beliefs. Stop worrying so much about your own quarterly bonus, focus more on your associates and read up on Marriott management and open door policy. When an associate calls HR or VP calls aren’t returned. Messages for the CEO remain unanswered
