Fantastic experience. Not a career for everyone
I recommend 1-2 years at McKinsey to everyone that I know, regardless of their field or background (STEM, arts, medicine, etc.). The pace of learning, especially during the first year is unparalleled, and the skills developed are generalizable to all professional life. That said, if you don't quickly find work at McKinsey that is interesting, you will very quickly burn out.

My review went great, this was 2nd time that Mckinsey wanted me to come to work for them and I finally said yes. After two years was enough, too much unnecessary stress, massive micromanagement including going to bathroom, team leads bully and management is aware. When asked a question not to respond written up for talking back. Not a good work atmosphere.

This company makes ou work for at least 15 hours a day as a business analyst. In the end you receive a very low a salary you could earn much more working in in any freelancer remote website

It's a very exciting place to be in. Your colleagues are great, everyone is super smart, projects are exciting and you get to travel a lot.The pay is also very good. But you work all the time so you don't really get to enjoy it.
