I applied for a selector position in Georgia. Got a call from HR, and thought I was headed to a better job. One of the first things she asked me over the phone though was would I be able to successfully pass a follicle test. I was sure crushed too. There one of the better paying warehouse facilities in GA. Most other places here are Garbage. The wage rates around here are predominantly inefficient to sustain a living, and are considerably lower than national standards. Any company offering a salary over 14 hourly here is surely going to put any interested candidate under the microscope...

Just say you have a high school diploma or GED even if you dont have neither. Then they will hire you. Because they dont ask for proof of it so 40 percent of people who work there dont have neither a high school diploma or GED!

With warehouse jobs you never know. Sometimes it's that same week. Sometimes a couple months. They are tasked with new hire quantity expectations. This kind of job has a high turnover rate so orientations constantly get held, and pretty much stay in progress all year round

Yes. The physical stress test you take will make you hurt for a week. In reference to the physical work in the warehouse, it will also hurt you. It's not easy work. They will even tell you that in the meetings. It's a difficult job.

It is a case by case thing. Some people will get hired back it just depends on the HR manager and division president. I walked off of the job and was hired back.
