I applied for a selector position in Georgia. Got a call from HR, and thought I was headed to a better job. One of the first things she asked me over the phone though was would I be able to successfully pass a follicle test. I was sure crushed too. There one of the better paying warehouse facilities in GA. Most other places here are Garbage. The wage rates around here are predominantly inefficient to sustain a living, and are considerably lower than national standards. Any company offering a salary over 14 hourly here is surely going to put any interested candidate under the microscope...

Order Selectors in Fort Worth Texas do not have to take Hair follicle Test for McLane. I just did my drug test today and it was a non DOT Urine test. Also I did not have to take a strength test. I called McLane to make sure it wasn't a mistake and they told me that They used to but they stopped doing it for Order Selectors. So I just have to wait 2 weeks for my background check to check out and then they said they will give me a call to set up my orientation day.

Hair follicle drug test. It goes back a year, the nurse at McLane will take a sample of your hair while you're there and send it to a lab for testing.
