They do take advantage of their salaried employees. I was docked 4 hours of PTO for leaving 1 hour early when I came in 1 hour early before the shift. They expect salaried employees to work 45+ hours a week, and do not tolerate anything less than 40 at all. No flexibility, which can make work very stressful and overbearing.

I had a one on one interview with HR then about a week later an interview with the floor manager. i was called about a week later and was offered the job. I would say it was about a 3-4 week process between the interviews and the background check and physical.

More money, honestly. They try to preach that $1 more elsewhere isn't a lot of money, but it would likely take 5-7 years to make $1 more based on how poorly McLaren is doing.
