Old-fashioned, strict, no flextime, even for those not in customer service. As a salaried emplyee felt like a I was a time punch employee. 1 minute past the hour was late for a salaried person who might stay well past 6pm and work more than 40 hours.

I had a one on one interview with HR then about a week later an interview with the floor manager. i was called about a week later and was offered the job. I would say it was about a 3-4 week process between the interviews and the background check and physical.
