You get a 5% raise every yeas as long as you are not at the top of your pay scale. If you are at the top you just get a COL raise. There is a 2% cost of living (COL) raise given to everyone but managers. Managers get a 3% raise yearly.

Clean house and start with the top of the corporation . Bring all the jobs back to facilities stop outsourcing housekeeping , food service and billing offsite. Invest in your employees

More money, honestly. They try to preach that $1 more elsewhere isn't a lot of money, but it would likely take 5-7 years to make $1 more based on how poorly McLaren is doing.
