I feel that because an eviorment has it's
good and bad's that if you want to have
an opportunity to show someome you
care for them it should be about the patient. We all have job's and all should
do our job's the best that we can. TY

I would say that it is stressful and they want you to be perfect with out making mistakes. No one is perfect and they can not expect you to be when they are not them selfs. I worked there for seven years and I did enjoy it until they started putting more work on us and did not want to pay us for it. It was just expected!

The pace of work would be constant and change daily. Depends on the day and what the day brings.
Stressful depending on the department and staffing levels.
