Some managers are running practices in the ground because they don't have the experience necessary to runs successful practice. Patients constantly complaining and leaving to go to other physicians. Also, managers show favoritism and when you report behavior to upper management nothing gets done about.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Mcleod Health? What are the steps along the way?
This depends. After the interviews (depending on how many you have)There's a LOT to do in beginning, you have to wait for multiple references to come back-depending on how long they take then theres all kinds of checks, everything has to be up to date & documented. If you dont have proof you let them do their process & wait for all to come back. then orientation is scheduled and its only on certain days, sometimes the date changes, its not always in this area. After you finally get through that you begin. It can be a month to 3 months in some cases-everyone case is unique.
How long after you did your application online did you hear something back about an interview? She it says in consideration is that a good thing?
I heard back from someone about 2 months after submitting application
Went through my interview last Thursday and was offered to shadow an employee for a few hours the same day and I accepted. Then today, got a call and was told a email is coming to do the background check and was told the salary, and that I have to do a physical and drug text and the date for orientation and that I’ll get a call next week once background check complete. Also got an email that asked to referral others for employment and it started with Welcome to McLeod Health. Does this mean I got the job?
They called you back the next day? Or?
