Some managers are running practices in the ground because they don't have the experience necessary to runs successful practice. Patients constantly complaining and leaving to go to other physicians. Also, managers show favoritism and when you report behavior to upper management nothing gets done about.
I was excited accepting a job offer from a radiology supervisor in Manning as a Patient Transporter. I'm 66 years of age and come from a broad management background with many years of HR experience working with thousands of people...I love people period ...this position was a perfect fit. Was told I would be working every Sat and Sunday and begged for more hours if possible. On my first day this week I worked with an excellent trainer and discovered two other new transporters had quit due to finding out that there shift would be every other weekend and was told by my trainer my shift was only every other weekend basis only. I was very disappointed that I was not informed of this either my interview and was promised a every Sat and Sunday schedule. We seen my first day over 49 plus patients...and loved it..
However I quit due being from I felt the very unfair misrepresentation on me.
It depends on where they would be working.

It can be a good place to work but in th e Myrtle Beach office you have to watch your back with some of the employees Don't let a big smile fool you Since they bought out Cardio Gastro they have let a lot of people go for no reason that have been employed there some had been there 20 plus years The employees in nuclear are good people but the management sucks. Big favoritism Just watch your back
Keep applying...even if it takes years, because McLeod is a great organization to work at.
