Management was poor

The scheduling was really poorly done, people were working mostly 10-15 hour days then not knowing when to come back for over a week. Management also was bad at communicating between each other.

good place to learn. very friendly environment. lots of long hours as with any kitchen job. they have always treated me well, and always stop and addressed any issues that may come up.

If you want fair pay, don't do it.

Very little pay for the amount of work. Cooks were paid more but the bartenders were still obligated to tip the cooks out of their tip jars (even though their hourly rate was significantly lower).
