Quit. You are terrible micro managers, staff is trying to help families and you are not helping, just hindering the process.

Start implementing the so called plans you were going to put in place after the restructure terminated over 200 jobs and there are another 100 vacancies due to mass exodus.

Help out more instead of dropping in and telling people what to say and who to call you should get on the phone and allow them to hear you pull a jailbird since it's so easy

Re-evaluate the ability of Director. A lot of great talented people have left due to poor management. Great example the Knoxville office.

Have the ability to give the familieswith the help they need and direct them to the right source. lso to have E.d's that can engage with the temps and know how to engage with them and not feel like they are in a prison.
