Good place; good people. Extremely Isidro back; never in a hurry. Take your time and get it right the first time. They want you to succeed.Jobs are fairly simple; if you follow the well written SOPs you can figure out most jobs. Helping children grow.

Schedule is nice after you get some seniority. Pay is OK. Benefits are good. Bonuses every quarter for people on the production floor. There is no work/Life balance. 12 hr shifts and work every other weekend. But if you're low man you will work a lot and work a lot more weekends. Pay use to be far ahead of everyone else in the area. But not anymore. Upper management is trying to change the culture which is a sign for good things.

12 hour shifts, cannot get away from them no matter what department you go to.. A lot of favoritism with management, all about who you know not what you know.. Management has no filter and openly discusses things like whose been in trouble and for what. Insurance used to be great but has gotten worse. Raises are 2% each year of service. Constantly short handed so your doing two to three times more work than you should be. Some of the areas have air conditioning but if you're working somewhere that doesn't have it, it's extremely hot and you are required to wear a hair net, hard hat, and long sleeved uniforms.

12 hr nights - lots of OT no work/life balance. Management doesn’t seem to care about outside life and expects you to live there. Good pay and benefits

You can work thru the temp service at 2 different pay rates and I've seen them hold out on giving some people the big raise ($5 difference) for over a year and that still wasn't the "full time" position. No guarantee of getting hired full time with the company if you come thru the temp service.
