Rewarding and fun place to work
My journey with the Meals on Wheels has just began, but it feels so rewarding to be with a group of people who are working together to make a difference in peoples lives. I can tell how important communication, inclusivity and fun it is to work here. I'm learning about other departments and how we can work together to assist clients better. Job with meaning
At the end of the day I know I have made a difference in someone's life. It's nice to work for a Meals on Wheels organization that delivers "more than a meal" as we do with our various support services. I've always felt supported by my manager and co-workers. The relatively new (1.5 years) Executive Director has provided sound leadership.
