Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLSeptember 8, 2018
Awesome Company to work with, but very seasonal, Love the type of Greeting work, Lots of free time while on the job. Great for second job. Out in heat alot. Great environment to work in the best part is when answering the phone they have a great system were you don't have to keep repeating your name the system recognizes were the guest is calling from and for and answers the call accordingly..

Relaxed but stressful place to work
Lead Associate (Current Employee) –  Orlando, FLJune 1, 2018
At moments is smooth and relaxed but most times there is always trouble and drama. The people here like to stir the pot and cause a lot of trouble but the managers are good people and they try their best to make you feel comfortable

Not having a life is a requirement.
Motor Coach Operator (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLMay 17, 2018
I will begin by saying that the CDL program at Mears was excellent. The instructors were great. The pay was low, but depending on what you're doing you could make decent money on tips. I personally enjoyed the Trolley on I- drive and driving the articulated buses at Universal. But you have no say on what you do or your schedule unless you have been there forever. It's a job for people with no life. The workplace culture was not toxic at all. It was a comfortable environment. The schizophrenic schedule was the killer for me.

Accounting Manager (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLMay 2, 2018
Very hard to advance as management was already in place and there was little or no room for promotions as a middle manager. Pay was below market as were the benefits

Driver (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLSeptember 1, 2017
Normal work day is to transport passengers from various places to & from Hotels, Airports, Cruises. I learned how to transport passengers load and unload luggage. The pay was very low. Most enjoyable about this Job is meeting people from many Places.

Great family owned business
MOTOR COACH OPERATOR (Former Employee) –  Orlando, FLJuly 11, 2017
Mears is a wonderful place to work. Management is helpful and understanding. This is a great place for opportunity advancement. Management offers help and encouragement in moving up in the company. They have the best state of the art equipment in the industry. I would work for them again if ever given the opportunity to do so.

Family owned
