easy but boring

the pay was very nice, and the job was very simple. the only problem i had was that it was very boring, not much work when it wasn't busy. overall the job was a great choice for a beginner and the staff was great

Decent place to work while in college and make a few extra dollars a week.

They had a very flexible work schedule and it was a straightforward enough job. A normal day had some very stressful moments and some very boring moments, but overall it was fine. Back of house specifically was always very kind.

bad pay, even worse management

I worked here thinking it would be a fair high school job but felt scrutinized day in and day out. Management is terrible and the workload is ridiculous for such little pay. Started at $10 and after nearly 4 years ended at $11.25.

Worst upper management in any company ive been associated with.

The upper management is a group of people that didn't have a real concept to reach their goal. They lacked experience, and were not open to new ideas. Being in other restaurants for 23 years I would have hoped to grow in a smaller company. The lack of team work and conflict with trying to make things better was unbearable. Good for beginners but poor management

One week of paid training but there is poor management, you're left alone during rush hours, they listen to complaints but do absolutely nothing to improve the situation or fix the issue, saw that wages were different for people doing the same job. good experience though for dealing with customer service and cleaning. but it gets depressing fast.
