It's the type of work environment where the bosses always needed everything yesterday. You work long hours and aren't expected to really take a break. It's a real trial by fire company.
There's not a lot of manager oversight, which is both a blessing and a curse. The company lacks structure and employees are not properly trained. Some of the managers - more ... tend to be so high level that they don't really understand the day to day responsibilities of their subordinates.
