Sinking Ship

They make it clear that their employees are numbers & do not matter. No promotions or merit increases - excuse after excuse. Upper management is either disconnected or clueless. Bought a bunch of companies & left them to die. Run. Run far away.

Fun people, culture needs improvement

I love the people I work with, however countless acquisitions and changing leadership has created a culture of not knowing who is responsible for what. I have to reach out to three different people to get something accomplished.

Poor Management and only focus on profit. Promotions only by favouritism.

No advancement structure and clear measurements. Promotions are made only based on favouritism rather than achievements/performance. Performance structure is ridiculous as it's based only on your manager's desire to promote you and no real metrics.Quarterly employee surveys are just smoke and mirrors, with no subsequent actions.It's a shame as there are may smart people in the company.
