This company is only good to start. Definitely a steppingstone. You won’t get far in this company unless you’re a favorite. You definitely won’t get paid what you deserve even though you train other people even your leads sometimes. I would only stay in this company to gain experience than immediately leave to a better company, one that cares about your future not theirs.
